Jennifer Sleem is a multimedia journalist and journalism student at the University of Central Florida, pursuing the Electronic Broadcast News track. Her work spans written, audio and visual storytelling, with experience reporting on culture, community, entertainment and issues affecting young people in Central Florida. 

Originally from Tampa, Jennifer has contributed to Her Campus UCF and has worked on broadcast reporting through UCF's journalism program, including work featured by Central Florida Public Media. She is especially interested in human-centered stories, the kind that allow her to talk with people, understand their experiences and turn those conversations into reporting that feels both informative and personal. 

As she continues building her career, Jennifer hopes to pursue broadcast and multimedia reporting while eventually taking her storytelling beyond Central Florida and covering communities all around the world.
